Follow these steps to close your NAIK account:
1. Customers can download and print the Account Closing Statement document on the website https://www.nhis.co.id/service/download-center/
2. Once completed, the files or documents are sent to the head office at:
District 8 SCBD, TREASURY TOWER, Jl. Jend. Sudirman kav 52-53 No.Lot.28 51th Floor, Senayan, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta City, Jakarta 12190
3. After the documents arrive at the head office, the CS team will process the closure of the customer’s account
4. If the account is successfully closed by SID/SRE, RDN, and NAIK Account, CS will inform the customer via email
