The Regulation of Transportation Minister (Permenhub) Number 25 Year of 2020 Stipulating Ban on Idul Fitri (Exodus). It prohibits domestic flight over the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) areas and the red zone areas. The regulation signed by Interim Minister of Transportation approves flights excluding those prohibited areas. Article 19 of the Permenhub bans land and air transportation entering and leaving areas subject to PSBB. Meanwhile, article 20 elaborates exceptions to article 19 applicable for leaders of the Republic of Indonesia’s high institutions and state guests; operations of embassies, consulates general and foreign consulates; repatriation flight; law enforcement operations; cargo transport operations; and other operations under the approval from the Director General of Civil Aviation. The flight repatriation is carried out in compliance with legislation provisions. (Kontan)
