In connection with the company’s latest policy, we would like to provide an important notification that starting from 10 June 2024, all customers who withdraw funds from their Customer Funds Account (RDN) to personal bank accounts with different banks will be charged a transfer fee, with the following conditions:
RDN BCA, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga:
- Withdrawing Rp. 1 – Rp. 500,000,000 = will be charged Rp. 2,900,-
- Withdrawing funds above IDR 500,000,000 = a fee of IDR 25,000 will be charged
RDN Panin:
- Withdrawing Rp. 1 – Rp. 500,000,000 = will be charged Rp. 1,000,-
- Withdrawing funds above IDR 500,000,000 = a fee of IDR 25,000 will be charged
