The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government re-enforced Transitional PSBB until October 25, 2020. The decision is expected to positively impact the property sector, especially the mall management companies as the dine-in service and cinemas are re-opened. This means the tenants’ business will be smoother, which then improves rental payment capabilities. Meanwhile, during PSBB, mall management companies often have to provide payment relief for the tenants to anticipate decrease in sales and maintain occupancy rate.
