BBCA’s Management projected around 20% to 25% of all debtors will propose loan restructuring in 2020. Until the end of May 2020, BBCA has received IDR92.09 trillion in loan restructure requests, consisting of corporation debtors at IDR47.48 trillion; commercial and MSMEs at IDR18.92 trillion; and consumer debtors at IDR25.69 trillion. The magnitude of the corporation loan restructuring is equivalent with almost 40% of total BBCA loan to this segment. The portion of BBCA’s corporate lending recorded a significant increase of 35% in 2014. The restructuring is projected to reduce BBCA’s NIM by 40bps for FY20E.
