Plans on establishing Sovereign Wealth Planned is expected to positively impact toll road management company, PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR). The company will prepare assets of its subsidiary to be invested in SWF.
The funding from this divestment is expected to be used for new toll road developments. Currently, JSMR is working on some projects such as: Jakarta-Cikampek Selatan II, Probolinggo-Banyuwangi, and Yogya-Bawen. Meanwhile, the company also plans to increase the toll road tariff which is hoped to further boost its financial performance.
