Although BBCA loans decreased by 0.6% YoY to IDR 581.8 trillion, corporate segment still grew 8.6% YoY to IDR 251.9 trillion. BBCA also booked IDR 20 trillion in net income, or down by 4.2% YoY amid the rising cost of reserves.

PWON booked an impressive 3Q20 income at IDR1.07 trillion or +10.9% above our estimates and increased 231% QoQ. The gain was supported by all income segments including condominium and office sales, indicating PWON business recovery. Meanwhile, until September, marketing sales have reached IDR725 billion or 68.4% of the target. We are optimistic that PWON can continue performance recovery in 4Q20 supported by better mobility and purchasing power.

EXCL booked excellent performance in 3Q/20 by recording growth in quarterly income and net profit by 1.7% YoY and 53.5% YoY. The growth in top and bottom line was supported by data segment that increased 7.6% YoY to IDR5.4 trillion in July-September 2020. With the implementation of IFRS 16, the company also managed to decrease cost by 3.2% YoY.

MIKA booked net income of IDR 570 Bn in 9M20 or a slight decline of –2.9% yoy. However, performance improved greatly on a quarterly basis with 3Q20 net income jumped 160% to IDR 253 Bn (vs IDR 97 Bn in 2Q20). Declining volume from patient admissions and visits were able to be balanced out by increases in average spending.
