The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has introduced adjustments to Regulations II-A, II-O, and I-X, effective 28 September 2026.
The changes cover the minimum trading price, Auto Rejection limits, DINFRA Units, and Special Monitoring Board criteria.
1. Minimum Price – Regulation II-A
The minimum price for securities entered JATS for trading in the Regular Market and Cash Market is adjusted to Rp1.00.Â

Effective 1 January 2027, the Lower Auto Rejection limits will be adjusted to the same percentage as the Upper Auto Rejection limits for each applicable price range.
3. Regulation II-O – DINFRA Units
Effective 28 September 2026, JATS will automatically reject orders where the entered price is below the minimum price stipulated under Regulation II-A, more than Rp1.00 above or below the Reference Price for the Rp1.00–Rp10.00 price range, or more than 10% above or below the Reference Price for prices above Rp10.00.
4.Regulation I-X – Special Monitoring Board
Several criteria for the Special Monitoring Board have been amended, including the removal of certain criteria related to share price, liquidity, and trading suspension due to trading activity. Other criteria remain applicable.
