We refer to recent media reports regarding the imposition of an administrative sanction by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Financial Services Authority of Indonesia) upon PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia in the Company’s capacity as an underwriter in connection with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk “POSA”,

 

  1. Through this letter, the Company hereby affirms that the Company’s license as a Broker-Dealer (Perantara Pedagang Efek) remains fully valid and in full force and effect. Accordingly, the Company’s operational activities, including but not limited to the provision of securities trading services to its clients, continue to be carried out in the ordinary course of business in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations governing the capital market in Indonesia.The Company further confirms that all client assets, funds, and investment portfolios remain safe and are maintained within the custody system administered by Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), in accordance with the applicable custody, clearing, and settlement mechanisms prevailing within the Indonesian capital market industry.
  2. The information circulating in the media relates to the supervisory and enforcement processes carried out by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan as the regulator of the financial services industry in Indonesia, concerning activities that took place in a prior period. Since that time, the Company has undertaken various corrective and strengthening measures, particularly in the areas of regulatory compliance, internal supervision, and corporate governance.
  3. PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia fully respects the authority of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and remains committed to cooperating in good faith with any processes conducted by the regulator in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
